General information

• For transfer/hotel pick up please ready 30 minutes before the pick up time
• Infants (0-2 Years old) can travel free of charge on their parent's lap.
• Pets are not allowed
• Each passenger is allowed 1 peiece of luggage weighing up to 20 kg of luggage. Extra luggage/bags will be charged at IDR 30,000 per item.
• Surfboards are considered sports equipment. An additional charge of IDR 200,000 per surfboard is applied. (Please contact us?/giliwanders  in advance to confirm additional item/luggage/surfboards.)
• We do not accept responsibility for missed time departure  or failure to appear at hotel
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage to guests' personal belongings during the trip.
• For trips from hotel to hotel in Bali , Kuta,Ubud,Seminyak,Canggu,Sanur,Uluwatu,Pecatu,Amed,Lovina, Kintamani,Bedugul,Munduk,Banyuwangi,probolinggo,Bromo and Lombok areas.

• Non-refundable for one day cancellation trip, we do not accept for any reason
• Cancellations always need to be submitted at least 48 hours before your trip departure date and time.
• Passangers allow to reschedule the ticket without non-refundable 
• Full refundable caused by  Operator not operating.
